I spent some hours on this the other day after posting the rough color work and then spent a couple of days fiddling and refining. I think it is time to stop messing around and call it done.

Love the new work! The brightness in the upper left achieves that balance I was talking about. This really looks great!
I also like that the darkest area on the image involves our little friend. Nicely done.

Thanks Lich! I might still make some final tweaks before I truly abandon it but I’m happy with it for now. Too much else to do.

Good to have some inspiration and the chance to put it to work, yes. Better still if there was a paycheck involved. But I love what I’m doing.
